MbdL Productions, a sole proprietorship (ZZP’er), maintains this website, any courses offered, and other linked or related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, students, vendors, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these Terms of Use and forms a binding agreement between you and MbdL Productions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
MbdL Productions provides various materials, information, videos, downloads, quizzes, articles, templates, lessons, audio files, multitracks, and other content on this Site and through courses offered via this Site (the “Materials”).
MbdL Productions authorizes each User to view and download one personal copy of the Materials for private educational use only.
Users may not:
- modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the Materials;
- share account access or purchased content with others;
- sell, license, rent, loan, or give away the Materials;
- summarize, leak, or publicly reveal paid course content;
- use the Materials for competing educational products or commercial resale.
All copyright and proprietary notices must remain intact on any permitted copies.
Where multitracks, stems, presets, templates, or downloadable project files are provided, these may only be used for personal learning purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users are not allowed to publicly release mixes made from provided multitracks, use them commercially, or include them in portfolios/resumés without written permission from the relevant rights holder or MbdL Productions.
Any breach of these Terms automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
2. User Warranty
By using the Site, you warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian permission;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you will use the Site only for lawful purposes;
- you will not misuse the Site, platform, or community.
3. Trademark and Copyright
MbdL Productions, LoudLearn Academy, LoudLearn.com, and related names, logos, branding, course names, graphics, and content are the property of MbdL Productions unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing login access may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Purchases, Memberships, Cancellations & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Purchases
All digital purchases, including courses, memberships, bundles, downloadable files, templates, presets, IRs, samples, and other products are final and non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Subscriptions / Memberships
If recurring memberships are offered, they may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time.
Discount Codes
Promotions, launch offers, and discount codes are temporary and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
9. Community Conduct
Where community access (Discord, forums, comments, live sessions, etc.) is included, Users must behave respectfully.
MbdL Productions reserves the right to remove content or revoke access without refund in cases of harassment, hate speech, spam, abuse, piracy, or disruptive behavior.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
11. Effective Date and Updates
These Terms are effective as of April 22, 2026.
MbdL Productions may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
